Item(s) must be unwashed and unworn and original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 business days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. A credit note will be provided for all accepted return/refunded item(s) and emailed to you. We do not issue refunds unless the item(s) is deemed faulty. We recommend the use of tracked postage to return good(s) to avoid postage issues.
Any Garments that appear to be worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will be refused returns.
Faulty items In the rare case your item is deemed faulty, please email info@itoonzz.com with images of the faulty item(s) and we will discuss course of action. If said item(s) is deemed faulty upon return the cost of the item(s) will be refunded direct to the customer(s).
Exchanges As all t-shirts are individually made to order, we cannot accept requests for exchange, changing the color or size.
Cancellation No cancellation can be made once an order has been placed
