Returns & Credit Notes

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• A return request must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
• Items must be received by us within 21 business days from delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We strongly recommend tracked postage to avoid issues.
• Once approved, you will receive a credit note via email — we do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing errors.

Note: Items that appear worn, washed, stained, or altered will be rejected and returned at your expense.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty:

• Email info@itoonzz.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description
• Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• A faulty item is defined as having a clear manufacturing defect (e.g. incorrect print, significant damage on arrival, or unintentional fabric flaws). General wear, size concerns, or minor differences in print placement are not considered faults.
• If confirmed faulty upon return, you’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

Due to our made-to-order process, we do not accept exchanges for changes in size, color, or design.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

Returned Parcels

We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, stolen, or undelivered. Customers are advised to use a tracked service when returning items.
