Returns & Consumer Rights

Effective: 10 September 2025

If an item is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) and Australian Consumer Law (AU). We cover reasonable return shipping for faulty items.

• Change of mind: Because products are made to order, we don’t accept change‑of‑mind returns.
• Transit loss/damage: Report within 30 days; we replace or refund once lodged with the carrier.

How to start a return
Email info@itoonzz.com with your order number, item(s), issue, and photos. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a prepaid label (if faulty) or instructions.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
