Production

All items are made to order. Standard production time is 3–7 business days for NZ, AU, and international orders. Orders dispatch Monday–Friday. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Delivery After Dispatch

• NZ: 1–3 business days (rural allow +1–2)
• AU: 3–7 business days (rural allow +1–3)
• International: 10–30 business days depending on destination (shipped via Australia Post International Standard, unless otherwise specified).

Note: Due to postal restrictions, some regions may require DHL Express instead of standard international post. If this applies, details will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs

• NZ & AU: Free shipping on orders over NZ$100. Orders under NZ$100 show flat rates at checkout.
• International: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
