Orders
All items are made to order. Standard production time 3–7 business days for NZ & AU. Orders dispatch Mon–Fri. Tracking emailed on shipment.

Prices & payment
All prices are shown in NZD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay. Payment is taken at checkout.

Returns & consumer rights
We follow the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) or the Australian Consumer Law (AU). If you receive something faulty or not what you ordered, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. We don’t offer returns for change of mind.
