Production
All items are made to order. Standard production time is 3–7 business days. Most orders ship in 2–4 business days, but 3–7 business days is our service level. Peak periods may add +2–3 business days.

Dispatch
Orders dispatch Mon–Fri. Tracking is emailed on shipment.

Delivery timeframes after dispatch

• New Zealand: 1–3 business days (rural +1–2).
• Australia: 3–7 business days (rural +1–3).
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days.
  Carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll help resolve any issues.

Free shipping over NZ$100 to NZ & AU. Below the threshold, flat rates apply and are shown at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace or refund once the carrier investigation confirms the issue.
