Returns and refunds

iTOONZz Apparel makes each garment to order. Please choose your design, fit and size carefully using our Size & Fit Guide before placing an order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@itoonzz.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Items not eligible for return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly ordered design, fit, size or colour, or delays caused by shipping carriers. A size tolerance of up to 2.5 cm may apply. Items showing wear, washing damage or alteration are not eligible.

Return process
Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. For approved faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label where available.
