Production
iTOONZz Apparel garments are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before dispatch. Production time may be affected by garment availability, artwork requirements or order changes.

New Zealand shipping
Shipping is a flat $9.95 NZD for orders under $120 NZD. Shipping is free for orders of $120 NZD or more. After dispatch, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within New Zealand.

Australia shipping
Shipping to Australia is a flat A$12.95. Delivery timing depends on the selected carrier and destination.

Tracking and delays
We will send tracking information when your order is dispatched where available. Carrier delays can occur outside our control, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
