Overview
These terms govern your use of the iTOONZz Apparel website and purchases from iTOONZz Apparel. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders
Our garments are made to order. Product images are representative; colours and print placement may vary slightly. Please check your chosen design, fit and size before ordering. We may cancel or refuse an order where required.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. We use secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Afterpay where available.

Production and shipping
Please allow up to 10 business days for production, then shipping time shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases. Contact info@itoonzz.com within 14 days of delivery if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered designs, fits, sizes, or colours.

Intellectual property
All iTOONZz Apparel website content, branding and original artwork are owned by or licensed to iTOONZz Apparel. You may not use it without permission.
